Our first month at our new location has been great. We have made lots of new friends. If you are looking for weekend care WE WANT YOU. Our weekend program needs more interest by parents to keep it cost effective. We also are now enrolling for our Fall Preschool program we have limited space for this program at both locations.

We have a set opening date for our College St. location. June 10th we will open our second location we have only a few slots left. June 6th we are having our open house so all of you will have a chance to meet the teachers and take a sneak peak our our new school. WE at MTLC would like to thank all the parents that have made opening our new school possiable. Also, Springfield Public schools let our for Summer June 3rd please have a safe and fun summer.

We are very pleased to announce our second location at 2228 W College St in Springfield, MO will be opening June 1. Our College street location will have 8 infant and toddler slots and 18 preschool slots. If you would like to reserve your slot early contact us at 885-1167

All of us at MTLC would like to thank all the parents and children that helped us make our first year a great year. We hope that 2009 brings bigger and better opportunities.
This year we will begin the process of becoming an accredited preschool. (We had to be open 1 full year before we could apply) This is a long process that will benefit staff and children alike. We look forward to the challenge. We will also take a look at extending our hours to include Saturdays to help those families with non traditional working schedules.
Also we will continue to look for training opportunities for our dedicated staff. Last year our entire staff was recertified in infant/toddler CPR and first aid. This year we are looking forward to training our staff up on Behavioral, Emotional and Nutritional issues that may affect the families that we serve.
With your help 2009 will be another terrific year for all of us.

Its been a Great summer at our new center. We have made lots of new freinds and we a getting ready for the school year. Have 3 of our 5yr olds starting Kindergarten, which leaves space for 3 new freinds to join us. Also August 16 our entire staff will recieve their infant cpr/first aid training at the center, parents are welcome to join us to recieve this valuable knowledge. Our first couple of months at our new place has been great. We have 2 openings on our dayshift for 2 and above and our night shift is still growing. Thank you again to all of you for giving us this opportunity to serve you.
Our original opening date of Nov 1 was delayed do to construction issues..These delays have been frustating, but have also given us time to work out any problems before we open. We hope to be open on December 4, 2007 for our first full day of school. We still have some openings left in our 3,4,5 year old classes but our infant room is full on dayshift. Our night shift has 4 infant openings and plenty of space for our 2,3,4,5 year old classes. We would like to thank every one that has supported us in the past and stuck with us through this time of change. We hope you will continue to support us and help us make MTLC the best preschool in Springfield.
